1900 Gulf Street Regional Center Fund I, LP, a Missouri limited partnership (the “Fund”) intends to offer (the “Offering”) qualified non-U.S. citizens (“Investors”) the opportunity to subscribe to purchase a minimum of $500,000 of limited partnership interests (“LP Interests”) through an immigrant investment visa program (the “EB-5 Program”). The EB-5 Program enables such Investors to receive conditional residency in the U.S., and if all program requirements are met, eventually the Investors may receive permanent residency. A key requirement is that the investment funds be applied to a project that is connected with a qualifying “regional center,” and that creates ten new jobs, as set forth in the project’s business plan and as supported by its economic methodologies. On November 2, 2011, the Fund’s general partner, 1900 Gulf Street Regional Center, LLC (the “Regional Center”) was approved and designated as a qualifying “regional center” by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (“USCIS”), which administers the EB-5 Program, and accordingly, an investment in the LP Interests qualifies as an investment through a “regional center” in accordance with the EB-5 Requirements.
